Who we are

We are an Arise Bronze Premier Partner. Our IBO Nayrin is stay at home mother of two girls, she has been an Arise IBO for almost 6 years, and has dedicated all this time strengthening her knowledge and understanding of the Arise Platform and Business Model as well as certifying in multiple and as many Arise Clients as possible. She recently became a Chat Performance Facilitator and an Arise Certified Instructor. She is also a busy Mom, trained by the Virtual Public School system as a learning Coach to her Kindergartner, and she home schools her youngest who is a Preschooler.

Nayrin is passionate about Arise and the great opportunity it offers those in need of flexibility to balance their work and personal life, in fact her love for Arise is so great, that she has referred many family and friends to Arise. Her professional background in Management, and her Arise knowledge and experience has given her the opportunity to run a successful IBO and build a small Team of Top Performers, and now that her children are a little older she is ready to take this to the next level and increase her IBO size and to use her passion to help others become Undisputed Top Performers and mentor them when they are ready to fly on their own.

What we do

Virtually Hired, LLC is a Home Based Recruitment/Consulting
​ Agency and Call Center.  We are a Bronze Premier Partner, part of a Network of Independent Businesses partnered with Arise Virtual Solutions, Inc. Arise is one of the nation’s leading outsource company, that also provides Services in the UK and Canada. We Recruit agents who are interested in utilizing the Arise Platform, but do not want to worry about the struggles of running a Business, or want to start under an existing IBO to familiarize themselves with the Platform before they are ready to start on their own.

Our agents join our Network as Independent Contractors, they service Arise Clients from the comfort of their own home, they have flexibility to schedule work at their own convenience, have ability to choose the Client they would like to service, and/or service multiple Clients, and choose the Opportunity of Interest and Service they will like to provide.

Examples of Available Services are but are not limited to: Customer Service, Inbound Sales, Chat Support, Email Support, Data Entry, Technical Support, Administrative services and much more.

**Although they work as Contractors with unlimited flexibility, we are are expecting a high level of professionalism, responsibility and determination to meet the contractual agreement which includes but it is not limited to successful completion of Client Certification Training with 100% Attendance,  a minimum of 30 intervals per week (15 hours) and Schedule Commitment Adherence of 90% or higher.

We help and guide our Agents through navigating and understanding the Arise Platform, and getting ready to start and complete the Certification Training Successfully.

CERTIFICATION COMPLETION INCENTIVE

As we say, we succeed as an IBO if our Agent’s Succeed, and to motivate our contractors to enroll in a Client Certification Training within 7 days of joining our IB, AND successfully complete the training and move on to service the Client, we provide a Certification Completion Incentive which can be anywhere from $50-$150. (**Based on qualifications. We reserve our rights to make changes to our Incentives Programs any time without previous notice)

ABOUT OUR IBO

How long how you been in Business?

We started with Arise as an IBO in 2012, however because our IBO is a stay at home mother of two young girls, and she believes and practice attachment parenting, it was difficult for her to invest the time needed to recruit, grow and maintain an IBO, instead she dedicated her time to learn the Arise Platform and Business Model and Certify in as many Client Opportunity Available, allowing her to gain the experience and knowledge necessary to lead her team of Top Performers.

 

We officially started recruiting agents back in 2014, but we kept our number of CSPs very small up until a year ago when we decided it was time to take this to the next level, and we have been dong this full force since then, until we finally reached our goal of becoming a Premier Partner.

Can you tell us more about the IBO?

  • Our IBO was born in Cuba, and raised in Miami since the age of 11. She was raised by her grandparents, aunt and uncle whom she consider her parents. Her aunt and uncle had a daughter, who is her sister. Her biological parents, siblings, nieces and nephews still live in the Island.

 

  • She currently live in Southwest Florida, with her two daughters who are 5 and 4. Her family is always her priority and the reason why she has delayed her dreams to increase her IBO.

 

  • She has strong Management and Customer Service background in the Healthcare Field. She became a self-taught Billing Specialist at the age of 17.

 

  • Today she used her skill in Management and Administration, in conjunction with her experience and knowledge in the Arise Platform and Business Model to assist and lead a team of successful Customer Service Agents. </br></br>

How many CSP do you have?

We have recruited more than 250 CSPs, but we regularity clean out our Roster and release inactive CSPs and CSPs who are not meeting their SOW Requirements.

As of today (August 3, 2018) we have about 100 CSPs on our Roster, 40 actively servicing Clients, about 35 enrolled in Client Courses, and few still in the enrollment process.

 

Since we became Premier Partners we are grateful and honored to have a consistent number of agents who are interested in joining our IB on a daily basis, however to guarantee we maintain the level of commitment and requirements required by Arise and its Clients, we have a rigorous, and strict selection and onboarding process and we not accept all agents who request to join our IB.

How long has Arise Virtual Solution being in business?

Arise has been delivering services in the cloud for nearly two decades through its network of tens of thousands of independent, work-at-home customer service, sales, and technical support providers in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Ireland.

What are Arise’s Clients (Companies) ?

Arise’s Clients includes many of the Fortune 500 companies, since we sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement with Arise we are unable to provide the names of the Clients on our website or social media networks, but you can find out more information and see the logos if you visit the Arise’s  website click here

Why are there reviews about Arise Scamming agents?

Arise does not offer job opportunities but Business Opportunities, when you service an Arise Client you will be servicing under an Independent Business affiliated to the Arise Network (like our Company), unfortunately many people venture into creating their own Independent Business and hiring staff without really knowing what running a Business entitles; and end up having to close its company many time owing employees their earned service revenue. Since Client Support Professionals (CSPs) are servicing the Arise Client and have to start the process by creating an Arise Profile, enrolling in a Client Training and utilizing their Platform, agents are under the impression they work for Arise, so when the Independent Business they are working for closes without paying them, they feel Arise scammed them when in fact Arise paid that Independent Business, so they are not responsible for the CSPs pay.

ABOUT THE JOB

Why do I have to pay to work?

There are many companies out there who offer work at home employment opportunities. Because you are their employee they may pay for training, offer benefits, time paid off and much more. With those companies, you do not have the flexibility to choose the client, work multiple Clients or Schedule your own time. As a employee you need to follow the Employers guidelines. You can visit the IRS.gov website for more information about the difference between and Employee and an Independent Contractor.

We believe that is awesome, if its what you are looking for. But we offer something different. Through our Partnership with Arise we offer unlimited flexibility, and to be able to do this we need to recruit you as an Independent Contractor. As such, as specified by the law and IRS guidelines, you are responsible for your own expenses, otherwise you can get misclassified as an Employee.

For those of you who are new to Arise, the best way to put this into perspective is to compare to being a Real Estate Agent. They pay for their own training to be able to get Licensed, and then activate that license under a Broker, pays a fee to the Broker, and in exchange the Broker provides supports, and training until the Realtor is ready to become its own Broker if he/she desires or continue to work with the Broker.

Everything you do under the Broker, is the Broker’s responsibility and can directly negatively or positively impact the Brokers Business and Reputation, therefore although you will not have a direct boss, the Broker will closely monitor your progress and all your steps and you are required to report to your Broker and comply with their Policies and Regulations.

Of course, the type of training, opportunity and compensation you will obtain in this case is very different from that of a Real Estate Agent, but I believe you get the point.

Should I work as an IBO or join an IBO?

One of the greatest thing about joining Arise, it is no doubt the opportunities it offers. Whether you are an IBO or CSP, the flexibility is unlimited! So many may ask themselves whether they should join as an IBO or CSP, or start as a CSP and then become an IBO. The option is yours, as per my personal experience, I believe it is always best to start as a CSP until you feel confident with the platform to move forward on your own. Some, may prefer to avoid the hassle of running a business altogether and prefer earning a revenue without worrying about nothing else other than working. And some may just launch themselves into the venture to be their IBO since day one, like I did. Whatever your choice is, one thing I am confident is that this the greatest, and most important choice of your life (after the choice of having kids of course 🙂 ) If you do this well, you will never regret this, and will never look back.

Will I be making Outbound Sales Calls (Telemarketing)?

No, this is not a Telemarketing Job. You will performing Customer Service Support, Technical Support, Billing Support and/or some Inbound Sales. As an Independent Contractor, you will choose the Client to Service and the type of service you will perform as specified in the Opportunity Announcement, which you will have access to before you choose the Client to service.

 

**IT IS EXTREMELY important that you read the Opportunity Announcement thoroughly and communicate with us BEFORE completing the Enrollment process. Not all opportunities are fit for all, and part of our job as an IB is to help you choose the right Client for your to guarantee your happiness and a long business relationship.

Which Clients will I service?

Arise Client includes Fortune 500 Companies. Arise Client List keeps growing, and in 2017 alone Arise added 9 new Clients to its Network.

Due to the Non-Disclosure we sign with Arise we are unable to publicly discuss the names of the Fortune 500 Companies that are part of Arise’s Client List, but once you join the Network you will have access to the Arise Portal where you will see all available opportunities and their information. **IF IT IS extremely important that you review each Client Opportunity Announcement and contact us before officially enrolling in a Client Opportunity. Not all Client Opportunity are fit for all, and our job as an IB is to help you understand which Client is best for you and your needs to guarantee a long business relationship.

Do I need to be a computer expert?

No Strong Knowledge of how to use a Computer. including – but not limited to:

  • You won’t need to know how to program or built a Computer, but you will need to have
  • Being able to use a mouse and computer keyboard.
  • Being able to shut down and turn on the computer properly.
  • Understanding how to navigate the computer’s files and desktop environment.
  • Knowing how to create, name, save and delete a folder.
  • Functional knowledge of programs including how to launch and close a computer program.
  • Understanding how to use e-mail including sending and opening email.
  • Knowing how to use the Internet including navigating to a site and using search engines like Google.
  • Ability to navigate through multiple screens.    
  • Ability to type at least 40-50 WPM.

Do you offer paid vacations/sick days or Paid Time off?

The cool thing about this job is you have unlimited flexibility. You get to choose the Client you would like to service, the best Opportunity to accommodate your needs, and the flexibility to schedule work around your own time. To be able to allow you to keep that flexibility we chose to only onboard agents as Independent Contractors, and as such you are no eligible for any paid time off, vacations, sick days off or health insurance benefits.

What type of service will I perform?

When you service an Arise Client, you will be servicing inbound calls. Available Opportunities will include but are not limited to:

  • Customer Service
  • Technical Support
  • Data Entry
  • Inbound Sales
  • Reservation

**Some Clients may offer the opportunity to service chat and/or email. This will be offered by invitation to qualify agents.

Can I service multiple Clients?

As a contractor you choose the Client and Opportunity you would like to service. You can service multiple Clients as long as you are meeting the SOW (Statement of Work and/or Project Specific Amendment for both which includes a minimum of 30 intervals/15 hours per week for each Client)

 

YOU CAN NOT ENROLL IN TWO CERTIFICATION TRAINING AT THE SAME TIME, therefore you will have to complete one Certification to start the other.

Can I do this as a full time job?

The great thing about this opportunity is it offers unlimited flexibility. We have agents who do this to supplement their income, and we have others who do it as their only source of income.

We can’t guarantee a full time job with any Client, but we can explain how it works. Most Arise Clients works with a Pre-Select level, depending on your Performance you will be at different levels on the Pre-Select Scale, and the highest the level the highest the cap limit, the earlier your schedule is released.

Basically, they want their best and most reliable agents and those who show up to work on time and to service all posted intervals, to have more hours on the phone. YOUR SUCCESS DEPENDS ON YOUR DETERMINATION TO SUCCEED. 

On the other hand, to guarantee more hours availability if you would like to make this a full time job, we recommend that you service multiple Clients. (Please remember that if you choose to do this, you will be required to meet the Project Specific Appendix and/or SOW for each)

 

CERTIFICATION TRAINING

Why do we pay a Certification Fee?

You will joining our Team as Independent Contractor, and as it you are responsible for all your training fees. We have different programs we launch periodically that can reduce the amount of the fee or provide vouchers, but those are not always available and are based on qualifications.

Who do we pay our Certification Fee to?

Certification Training is provided via the Arise Platform, and payable to Arise.

Do you offer vouchers?

NEW CSPS: On occasions we may offer vouchers to help reduce the payment of the Certification Fees. This will be considered on a case to case basis and may or may not be available.

 

EXISTING CSPS: If you can demonstrate an ability to maintain you SOW and/or Project Specific Appendix, and are interested in servicing a second Client, we may be able to provide a voucher to reduce the amount of your Certification Fee. This will be considered in a case to case basis and may or may not be available.

How long is Certification Training?

The length of the Certification will depend on the Client you choose to service, and it can be anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months, with most of them being around 2-3 weeks. Some requires a 4 hour Instructor Length Session plus some hours of self-pace work, and some are only 2 hour Instructors Led and 2 hours Self Pace work.

There are some that are blended courses and divided in phases, for example 2 weeks class time and 2 weeks Live Call taking Phase. Usually in these, you will be required to take the calls during the same training time.

 

Is training daily?

Training are Monday to Friday and are always at the time you chose when you enrolled.

 

Is it a live Training?

Depending on the Client you chose, it will be either 2 or 4 hours of Instructor Led class using a Virtual Classroom Settings. Other agents who will service the Client will attend as well.

 

Then you will have self-pace work to complete before or after class (depending on your class time). Some Self-pace work may take up to 2-3 hours.

What do I need to attend class?

What is the attendance Policy?

100% Attendance is required. Also, being more than 15 minutes late counts as an absence.

Is it at the same time every day?

Training are Monday to Friday and are always at the time you chose when you enrolled.

 

Is the opportunity guaranteed after I certify and how soon after do I start?

As long as you successfully complete your training the opportunity is guaranteed and you will usually start within the next couple of days after training ends.

What is this SOW my Instructor is asking me to sign?

SOW or Statement of Work are ONLY signed by IBOs, if you Instructor is asking you to sign SOWs please reach to us with questions. We will need to sign it before you are allowed to take calls.

What is the most common reason to get dropped of Certification?

  1. Attendance
  2. Affidavit of Identification not completed.
  3. No participation
  4. Not being prepared (No mic, No internet etc)
  5. Not completing Self-Pace work

Cheating in Assessments/Study Groups

We understand that when you are in a class room with several learners, even if its a virtual classroom you get to interact and exchange contact information. This is ok, however under NO CIRCUMSTANCE are you allowed to cheat during an assessment.  There are ways to find out if you did, and it is unacceptable, so please do not get caught doing this.

 

If you are in a chat room where another person mentions the intention to cheat during a test, please immediately remove yourself from the conversation. We had a case like this in the past and the screen shot ended up in the Client’s and Client Results hands, don’t let it happen to you. If this is the case you will be immediately released from our IBO and your Arise MSA will probably get terminated immediately as well.

FEES EXPLANATION

Certification Fee (Charged only once per Client)

As an Independent Contractor you will be responsible for paying Client training Fee, which can be anywhere from $99-$250 (Most Clients Fees are around $50 and occasionally some will be only $20). You only pay this for your Initial Training and it includes your seat reservation, your background check and any Drug Test if required by the Client you choose to service.

 

Once you start servicing the Client, any upskill required will be offered at no additional cost. There are a couple of Opportunities that are Seasonal, agents who choose to service those opportunities will be invited to do a refresher course every season free of cost if agent qualifies.

IB Admin Fee (Recurrent Fee per Revenue Invoice)

We understand there are different ways IBs earn their profit, and we respect it, however we believe it is fair that you keep everything you work so hard to earn, therefore instead of charging you a percentage of your total revenue, or a set amount deducted per interval, we pay you what Arise pays, including any earned Performance Incentive (if any) and we charge just a small flat rate fee per invoice of $50.

**If you have multiple active SOW we charge a $25 fee for each additional SOW.

 

WHAT DOES IT COVER:  Access to IBO Resources, Record Keeping, 24/7 Support and Guidance, Advocate and Liaison Service,  Incident Research and Resolution, Report Processing, Electronic Payments to your Bank Account, Easy Electronic Onboarding, Program implementation to benefit you (example: Mentorship Program), additional Resources and Training and much more.

Arise Platform Usage Fee (Recurrent Fee per Invoice-Automatically Deducted each invoice)

Arise charges all Agents and/or IBOs with an Active SOW (actively servicing a Client) an invoice fee of $19.75. The fees is automatically deducted from the invoice when the revenue is deposited into our account, and it applies whether you are an IBO servicing under your own Company, or an agent servicing under an IBO.

 

WHAT IT COVERS: Arise Platform Usage, Arise Support Resources (QAPFs, Chat PFs etc), Arise Technical Support, Starmatic Scheduling Systems and much more.

Penalty Fees (Only if applies)

When you service under an IBO, everything you do directly impacts the IBO. We go above and beyond to guarantee we are providing the best service and meeting your expectations as an IBO, on the other hand we also work hard to maintain our status in the Arise Elite Group as a Premier IBO, therefore we need to guarantee the Agents we are bringing on board are determined to meet their requirements. We do not ask much, only that you do your best to meet the minimum requirement as per the Independent Contractor Agreement and/or Project Specific Appendix.

**THESE FEES are only applied to the invoice if we have continuously contact you or given warnings of Breech of SOW. These fees are not meant to increase our profit, but instead we hope to use it to encourage you to do your best. We understand there are certain unexpected circumstances and/or emergencies that may arise, but we don’t expect you to have an emergency every week.

 

PENALTY FEES WILL BE AS FOLLOW: 

$25- If your Commitment Adhereance drops below 90% for 30 consecutive days. (CA% will be explained at a different section, and during your training)

 

$25-If you are not servicing the minimum of 30 intervals (15 hours) per week, unless there are no available Intervals for you to choose from. (If there are no available intervals the fees will be waived)

SERVICE REVENUE/INCENTIVES

How often do I get paid?

Pay is deposited twice a month, on the 1st and 15th of every month. Pay will be deposited via Electronic Payment to your bank account, or if preferred via other methods if mutually agreed.

 

**YOU WILL RECEIVE AN INVOICE showing all Intervals you have serviced during the period and any incentives you may have earned. If you noticed any discrepancy in the invoice, you have 15 days from the day you receive your Payment to dispute/report it. If this the case, we will contact Arise to research and report your concerns, they will probably create a ticket for it to be escalated to the Client for Research. As soon as we hear from them, we will inform you about the Resolution. If they find you are correct, missing revenue will be added to the next pay deposit.

 

****IMPORTANT: We use Square Payroll to process our Revenue Deposit, it can take 4 business days for the deposit to show in your account, depending on the date we receive the deposit from Arise, you may receive the deposit later or sooner than day specified above.

 

All this will be clearly stated in the Independent Contractor Agreement you sign to join our Company, please make sure you read the ICA carefully before signing and reach out to us with any questions.

How much do agents get paid?

As an Independent Contractor you will choose the Client and Service you would like to provide. Each Client Offers different Revenue Amount, you can earn anywhere from $400-$1600 every two weeks, depending on the Client of Choice, and Amount of Intervals Serviced (Each Interval is 30 minutes). The majority of our agents are getting paid around $1100 each invoice.

Please notice that this chart does not specify Clients name due to the Non-Disclosure Agreement we signed with Arise. Once you have Registered with Arise you will have access to a similar Document with Client’s Name Displayed in it.

Do we get any taxes deducted?

You will be joining our Talent Network as an Independent Contractor, you we will not deduct any taxes. The only deduction in your Invoice will be the IB Admin Fee and/or any penalty fees if you have any.

Do I get paid only if I am on a call or per Commission only?

As long as you are logged in to the Client Phone Systems, and in the correct status (Available, Ready, Auto-In) you will receive revenue whether you are on a call or not.

 

**Always check your systems every few minutes to make sure you are in the correct one.

How are Incentives Earned?

There are different types of incentives, and how and when you receive it will depend on the Client and opportunity you are servicing. The most common are Performance Incentives based on your Star Metrics. (Many Clients measure performance in a Star Metrics Systems). Other performances are based on the Client’s needs.

You may earn incentives every invoice, on some invoices and not in others, or you may never earn incentives at all. You should always do your best to perform at a high level, and work hard to become an Undisputed Top Performers, as hard work always pays off at the end.

Recruiting Incentives

On rare occasions, Arise Offer IBOs some Incentives to recruit new agents, or help agents enroll in certain Clients, this does not happen often but when it does these incentives are not to be confused with the Agent’s Performance Incentives. These Incentives are for the IBO and it is up to the IBO to share the incentive. I believe it is important to encourage agents to do their best, so many time I share a portion of my incentives with those agents who I consider worked extra hard to become a Top Performer.

Certification Bonus/Incentive

Since we recruit Independent Contractors, we are not required to pay any training or provide any Bonus or Incentive to our agents, however to encourage our new agents to enroll in a  Client Training within 7 days of joining us and complete the Certification Training they enroll in, we offer currently offer a Certification Completion Bonus,  amount is provided in the Client Revenue Chart. This Bonus is paid to qualified agents ONLY and applied as a Recruiting Promotional Offer. We reserve the right to deny, make changes to the amount, or terminate the program at any time without previous notice.

FEES ASSISTANCE PROGRAM/VOUCHERS

Do we help with any fees upfront?

Since we only recruit Independent Contractors we are not legally allowed to cover any fees upfront or offer reimbursements, otherwise our Contractor can easily get classified.

Do we offer vouchers?

NEW CSPS: On occasions we may offer vouchers to help reduce the payment of the Certification Fees. This will be considered on a case to case basis and may or may not be available.

 

EXISTING CSPS: If you can demonstrate an ability to maintain you SOW and/or Project Specific Appendix, and are interested in servicing a second Client, we may be able to provide a voucher to reduce the amount of your Certification Fee. This will be considered in a case to case basis and may or may not be available.

GIVE A HELPING HAND DONATION PROGRAM

How does it work?

This program will be launched soon and still not available, but it will allow our current team members the opportunity to donate $5, $10 or $15 each invoice. The amount donated will be placed in an account that will be used strictly to help those who are in need of a helping hand, and do not have the funds to start with Arise. Funds Donated will be used to supplement our Fee Assistance Program, which was created with the idea to help Single Parents, Military Spouse, College Students, and people with Disability who can greatly benefit from a great opportunity like these, but do not have to means to get started.

 

We will create a special channel in our Slack Workspace, to update all our Team mates about amount being collected and amount being used. Also, with previous authorization from those participating, we will recognize those great souls who are extending their helping hands to offer a new opportunity to those who need it the most.

 

**To protect their Privacy the name of the agents receiving the assistance thanks to the Donations received, will be kept private unless they themselves decide to comment in the Channel to show appreciation to those who helped. We will not display or provide their information to anyone, only members of our Leadership/Administration Team will have access to that information. 

When will it be launched?

We are still preparing the details and procedures to get this started, at the moment we do not have an exact date, but we anticipate it will be launched before April 2018 although it could be much sooner or later than that.

How can I participate in the program to donate?

When the program is launched we will send out a survey form to all agents, so they can choose to opt in or decline the offer to participate in this program. If you decide to opt in, in the survey you will have the option to choose the amount, and it will be automatically deducted from your invoice and placed in a special account dedicated just for the purpose of the program.

 

All new agents that join our company after program is launched, will be offered the opportunity to participate when their on boarding paper work is submitted.

 

You may end your participation in the program any time by letting us know in writing that you would like to opt out. You can also re-enroll any time if you change your mind after opting out.

How can we know the money is used for the purpose intended?

We will create a special channel in our Slack Chatroom, in it will post weekly update of total amount available, and total amount used. We will also post payment receipt from the account information.

 

**TO PROTECT THE PRIVACY of the person receiving the assistance we will not disclose their personal information or name, that information will be kept private and is only available to our Leadership and Administration Team. 

EVOLVE MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

What is the Evolve Mentorship Prorgam?

This program is not officially launched yet, but it was created with those CSPs who are part of our company and have big dreams. If they desire to become their own IBO, they can do so under the wing of an experienced IBO who is willing to pass down her knowledge to her CSPs to help them become a successful IBO.

What are the Qualifications?

We believe that to be a good leader you must do what you say and not say what you do. This program is intended only for those CSPs who can demonstrate an ability to maintain their SOW requirement and can perform at a a high level.

The CSP must be **ACTIVELY** Servicing an Arise Client for a period of 187 days AFTER their PRODUCTION SOW is active. During their Certification and Production SOW term, the CSP most be able to perform at a high level and maintain a Commitment Adhereance of at least 94% or higher during this time to qualify.

Is there a fee for this program?

There will be a audit debit Monthly Membership fee of $40 which gives them unlimited hours access to communicate via chat, text and email to submit their questions.

The Membership includes access to all the On boarding Forms they need to get started, guidance on tools and systems used to manage their IB, Help understanding the Arise Platform and Invoices. private access to a knowledge base and support channel and much more.

CSPs can opt out of the program at any time, by sending their request in writing. The Fee is charged in advance, and there are no refunds provided, therefore if CSP opts out half way through the month, they must use their benefits until the end of the month.
